# Use Pozy through a directory connector

The Pozy MCP directory endpoint, its available tools, and how it differs from the full API connection.

The Pozy directory profile uses `https://mcp.pozy.ai/directory`. It exposes a fixed set of named tools for account discovery, project metrics, posts, analytics, inbox conversations, comments, reviews and existing ad campaigns.

Sign in to Pozy through your client's OAuth flow, select your workspace and approve the requested access. The connection follows your workspace role and existing access restrictions. A read-only connection cannot publish or change data.

The full MCP connection at `https://mcp.pozy.ai/mcp` remains available. See [Connect a client](https://pozy.ai/docs/mcp/connect) for its setup instructions. The directory profile does not expose the full API catalog or a generic API executor. A directory listing appears only after the relevant directory has accepted and published it.

Publishing, scheduling, retrying a post, sending a response and changing campaign status affect the connected platforms. Review replies may replace an existing reply. Draft and approval tools save content without publishing it.

To check setup, ask: "Which Pozy workspace am I connected to, and which accounts are there?" The assistant can answer with `whoami` and `list_accounts`. Copying a URL alone does not establish a connection.
