# Collect leads with lead forms

Every lead here is someone who raised their hand: they tapped your ad and sent the form, or called you. Pozy does not find or sell contact lists.

## Where it works

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Ads**, then **Lead forms**, and pick your Meta or LinkedIn ad account.
2. Open the **Forms** tab and choose **New form**.
3. Add your questions. Meta fills in name, email and phone from the person's profile. Add a **Custom question** for anything else.
4. Add your **Privacy policy** link and a **Thank-you screen**.
5. Choose **Create form**.
6. Attach it to an ad: open **Create ad**, pick **Lead form ad** (or the lead goal), and choose the form at the **Ad** step.
7. Read new leads on the **Leads** tab. Move each one along: **New**, **Contacted**, **Qualified**, **Converted** and more. Add a **Deal value** when one converts.

On Meta, use **Create test lead** to check the flow before you spend.

## Good to know

- Each Facebook Page must accept Meta's lead ads terms once before lead ads can run. Until then, creating the ad fails.
- On Meta, tick **Higher intent** to add a review step before people submit. You get fewer leads, but better ones.
- LinkedIn keeps leads for 90 days only. Copy them out regularly.
- If LinkedIn leads do not show, reconnect LinkedIn Ads to give Pozy permission to read them.
- A Meta form keeps one test lead at a time. Delete it before making another.
- Archiving a form stops ads that use it from collecting leads. Leads you already have stay.
- Use **Export this page** to take a list of leads with you.
- Local Services leads come from your Google Ads connection. Turn on **Charged only** to see just the leads Google billed you for.
