# Account health and reconnecting

The **Health** page shows it before it costs you a post.

## Check and fix

1. Open **Connections**, then **Health**.
2. Accounts that need you show **Needs reconnection**. Each one also says whether it **Can post**.
3. Reconnect it: sign in again on the platform's screen.
4. When everything is fine, you see **Every account is healthy**.

## Good to know

- Check Health after you change a password on a platform.
- If you no longer use an account, choose **Disconnect**. It stops counting toward your plan.
