# Review posts and pay creators

## Review posts

1. Open **Creators**, then your campaign, then the **Posts** tab. A number on the tab shows how many posts wait for you.
2. Open a post. You see its views over time, what it has earned, its **Authenticity** score and any flags.
3. Choose **Approve**, or **Reject** with a reason. The creator sees your reason.
4. Changed your mind? **Reopen** puts the post back up for review.

A post is ready for review once it passes your minimum views. You can also review a post while it is still being tracked.

## The authenticity score

Each post gets a score from 0 to 100 for how real its views look, based on how the views grew. It appears once a post has a few view readings.

Posts under your threshold get flagged. Other flags include the same post or video submitted twice, a sudden jump in views, accounts that look linked, or a deleted post.

Pozy flags. It never rejects a post for you.

## How the money moves

1. You approve a post. Its earnings are held (10 days by default). That gives you time to catch fraud.
2. When the hold ends, the money becomes payable.
3. You pay it.

## Pay creators

Paying through Pozy is turned on per workspace after a short review. Choose **Ask to enable payouts** to request it. Only the workspace owner, admins and billing admins can move money.

Creators first finish payout setup on their own campaign page. Anyone who has not done it is skipped and stays payable.

- **By card:** open the **Payouts** tab and choose **Pay everyone by card**. One card payment pays every creator you picked.
- **From your balance:** open **Creators**, then **Balance**, and choose **Top up**. Money from a card top-up can pay creators a few days after the charge. Then, in the **Creators** tab, choose **Pay now** for a creator.
- **On your own rails:** pay them your way, then choose **Record a payment** so the balances stay right. No fee.

## Fees

Each payment to one creator costs 4% of the amount, with a $0.50 minimum. The fee is added on top, so the creator gets the full amount.

## Good to know

- A card payout can start with an extra check from your bank. Finish it, or the payment is cancelled after 30 minutes.
- Each workspace starts with a card payout limit of $10,000 per 30 days, fees included. Over it, pay from your balance or ask support to raise it.
- **Add adjustment** on a creator adds a bonus, or takes money back with a minus sign.
- The **Ledger** tab lists every cent that moved on the campaign. Entries are never edited. Corrections are new entries.
