# Write your project brief

Every AI that works on the project reads it first. So Claude on Monday and ChatGPT on Friday start from the same place.

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Inputs**.
2. Pick the project at the top.
3. Write the brief in the brief box and save.

A good brief is short. For example:

> Project management for small teams. We help teams of 5 to 20 plan their week. Plain, practical tone. No hype.

## Or ask your AI

> Read our brief and tell me what is missing. Then write a better one and show it to me before saving.

## Good to know

- Keep it to what your AI really needs: the offer, the audience, the tone, and any words to avoid.
- Your AI can update the brief if you ask. It shows you the new text first.
