# Contacts, tags and mentions

## Contacts

Everyone who writes to you becomes a contact. You see their messages, when they last wrote, and your notes.

1. Open **Inbox**, then **Contacts**.
2. Open a contact to add notes or **Add a tag**.
3. Add your own fields under **Custom fields**, like "Plan" or "City".
4. Create a contact yourself with **New contact**, or import a list.

## Mentions

**Inbox**, then **Mentions**, shows posts where people tagged or mentioned your account. See [Mentions](https://pozy.ai/help/inbox/mentions).

## Or ask your AI

> Tag everyone who asked about the course this month, and give me the list.
