# One inbox for DMs

## Where it works

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, Bluesky, Slack, TikTok and SMS (outside the US). No LinkedIn messages.

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Inbox**.
2. Filter by account, platform or label.
3. Open a conversation and reply.
4. Add a **Label** to sort conversations, and **Archive** the ones that are done.

## Good to know

- Instagram and Facebook let you reply freely within 24 hours of the person's last message. WhatsApp has the same 24-hour window; after it, you send an approved template.
- Each conversation also creates a contact. See [Contacts, tags and mentions](https://pozy.ai/help/inbox/contacts).
- Messages are included up to 10,000 a month, then $1 per 10,000.
