# Approvals: hold posts until you say yes

Useful for teams, for clients, and when your AI drafts the posts.

## Do it in the dashboard

1. When you create a post, choose **Send for approval** instead of scheduling it.
2. Open **Posts**, then **Approvals**, to see everything **Waiting for approval**.
3. Approve it, and it publishes at its time (**Publishes when approved**). Or send it back to drafts.

## Or ask your AI

> Draft this week's posts and send them all for my approval. Don't publish anything.

## Good to know

- Approvals are opt-in. Your AI also shows you its plan in the chat before it posts.
