# Schedule and use the calendar

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Posts**, then **Calendar**.
2. Switch between **Month** and **Week**.
3. Filter by platform, profile or status.
4. To move a scheduled post, drag it to another day or time.
5. Colours tell you the status: scheduled, published, partly published or waiting, failed.

## Good to know

- Times show in your timezone. You can set a timezone per post.
- Posts you publish outside Pozy show up too, under "Published elsewhere", so the calendar is complete.
