# Create one post for every platform

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Posts** and choose **Create post**.
2. Pick the accounts. Pick an account group to select several at once.
3. Write the text and add your image or video from your computer or the **Media library**.
4. Change the text for one platform if you need to, for example a shorter version for X.
5. Choose when:
   - **Publish now**
   - **Schedule post** for a date and time
   - **Add to queue** for the next free slot
   - **Save as draft**
   - **Send for approval**

> Post this announcement on Instagram, X and LinkedIn. Make the X version shorter. Show me all three before posting.

## If something fails

If one platform refuses the post, the others still go out. The post shows **Partly published**, and you retry just the one that failed.

## Good to know

- Posts are unlimited on every plan.
- X is billed at X's own rate: $0.015 a post, $0.20 with a link. You can set a monthly cap.
- Each platform has its own rules for length, sizes and formats. Pozy checks them before publishing.
- **Instagram trial Reels** are shown to people who don't follow you first. Add one video, then under **Instagram options** turn on **Trial Reel**. Under **Share with followers**, pick **When I decide** to share it yourself later in the Instagram app, or **Automatically if it performs well**. From your AI: "Post this video on Instagram as a trial Reel."
