# Media library

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Posts**, then **Media library**.
2. Choose **Upload** and add your files.
3. When you create a post, pick the files from the library.

## Good to know

- Each platform has its own size and length rules. Pozy checks your media before it publishes.
- For video, you can upload a cover image with **Upload cover**.
