# Invite your team and pick roles

The role decides what each person can see and change. It also applies to any AI they connect, because an AI acts with the role of the person who signed it in.

## The five roles

| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| **Owner** | Everything, including the plan, payment, single sign-on and deleting the workspace. One per workspace |
| **Admin** | Runs the workspace day to day: the team, settings, API keys. Can see billing but not change it |
| **Member** | Posts, replies, runs ads and automations |
| **Viewer** | Looks at everything. Every change is refused |
| **Billing** | Payment methods, invoices and usage only. Sees no posts or messages |

## Do it in the dashboard

1. Open **Team** in the sidebar and choose **Invite**.
2. Type their email. Or leave it empty to make a single-use link you share yourself.
3. Pick a **Role**.
4. Under **Profile access**, choose **All profiles** or **Specific profiles**. Specific profiles keeps them to some projects only.
5. Choose **Send invitation**.

To change someone later, open their menu on the **Members** tab and choose **Change role and access**. **Remove from workspace** takes their access away at once.

## Good to know

- **Standard is for one person.** To invite anyone, move to Team or a bigger plan. Those include unlimited members. See [Plans and usage](https://pozy.ai/help/workspace/plans-and-usage).
- **Only owners and admins** can invite people, remove them or change roles.
- **Invitations expire after 7 days** and work once. Pending ones are on the **Invites** tab, where you can resend or cancel them.
- **To invite an admin or billing person,** you must add their email. A link alone will not do.
- **The Activity tab** shows invites, role changes and removals for 90 days. Owners and admins can see it.
- **Agency client?** Give them **Viewer**, so they can follow posts and numbers without changing anything. Or share just their project: see [Share one project with someone](https://pozy.ai/help/workspace/share-a-project).
- When someone leaves, remove them. Their AI connections stop working in your workspace too.
