# Workspace settings, features and white label

Everything here lives under **Settings**. Owners and admins can change it. Other roles can look. See [Invite your team and pick roles](https://pozy.ai/help/workspace/team-and-roles).

## Rename the workspace

1. Open **Settings**, then **Workspace**.
2. Change the **Name**, the **Slug** or the logo with **Upload logo**.
3. Choose **Save**.

The name shows in the workspace switcher, invitations and emails.

## Choose what shows in the sidebar

1. Open **Settings**, then **Features**.
2. Turn each feature on or off. They are grouped: **Publish & engage**, **Messaging**, **Ads & commerce**, **Data** and **Developers**.
3. Or use a shortcut:
   - **Keep it simple**: Connections, Posts, Analytics, Inbox and Inputs only.
   - **Show everything**: every feature.
   - **Run setup again**: go back through the first setup.

**Show advanced tools** adds the full list of actions at the bottom of each page. It is for people who work with the API.

## Put your brand on connect links

When a client opens your [connect link](https://pozy.ai/help/connections/client-connect-link), a short welcome screen can show your name and logo before the platform's sign-in.

1. Open **Settings**, then **White label**.
2. Turn on **Show the welcome screen on every connect link**.
3. Add your **Brand name** and **Logo URL**. Pick **Colours**, a **Font** and a **Banner**.
4. Change the **Wording** if you like. {brand} and {platform} fill in by themselves.
5. Add your **Terms URL** and **Privacy URL** under **Legal links**.
6. Choose **Save**. Then **Open a real test link** to see it as your client will.

## Hand over or delete the workspace

Only the owner sees these, on **Settings**, then **Workspace**.

- **Transfer ownership:** choose a member, then **Transfer**. They become the owner, with billing and deletion. You become an admin and cannot undo it yourself.
- **Delete workspace:** type the workspace name, then choose **Delete forever**.

## Good to know

- **Hiding a feature only tidies the sidebar.** Its pages, the docs and your AI keep working. To stop an AI, see [Control what your AI can do](https://pozy.ai/help/workspace/ai-access).
- The sidebar choice applies to everyone in the workspace.
- Team, usage, billing, referrals, settings and support always stay in the sidebar.
- **The welcome screen** shows for about a second, then sends your client to the platform. Keep the heading short.
- The platform's own consent screen still shows Pozy. Using your own platform apps there is not available yet.
- **Deleting is for good.** It disconnects every account, removes every profile and member, revokes API keys and stops webhooks. Scheduled posts do not go out. Your plan ends, with a final bill for usage so far. See [Plans and usage](https://pozy.ai/help/workspace/plans-and-usage).
