Pozy does not support SCIM directory provisioning yet. How to manage joiners and leavers today with SSO, invites and roles.

Pozy does not offer SCIM provisioning today. Your identity provider cannot create, update or deactivate Pozy accounts automatically. If your team needs directory provisioning, email support@pozy.ai and tell us which identity provider you use.
Until then, these cover most of what teams use SCIM for:
- Sign-in through your identity provider. With single sign-on, people sign in with their company account, so a person removed from your directory can no longer sign in to Pozy that way.
- Invites with a fixed role. Add people with an invite link that sets their role and, if you want, the profiles they can see.
- Removing people. When someone leaves, remove them from the workspace on the Team page of the dashboard. Their sessions and assistant connections stop working in that workspace. Delete any API keys they created under Developers → API keys.
