Terms of service

Pozy is operated by One Point Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Pozy ("Pozy", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who creates a workspace or uses Pozy's dashboard, API or MCP server ("the service"). You can reach us at support@pozy.ai.

You need a workspace to use Pozy. The person who creates it is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite and the API keys and agent connections they approve.

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including activity by AI agents and scripts you authorise.

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect an account, you instruct Pozy to act on it as you direct: publishing, reading analytics, sending and receiving messages, managing ads and the other actions you request.

Each platform has its own terms. You agree to follow them, and you accept that a platform may limit, change or end access to its service, which can affect what Pozy can do on it.

Do not use Pozy for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, deception, illegal content, or to break any platform's rules. Our content guidelines give examples.

We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers, platforms or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Pricing is per connected account per month, as listed on the pricing page, plus metered usage where it applies: messages above the included amount, active ads above the included amount, X API usage, and phone number, SMS and call charges, each at the rates shown on the pricing page or before you use them.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Pozy does not add sales tax or VAT to invoices today; if that changes, we will tell you before it applies.

Fees are charged to your payment method, prorated by the day. You can cancel at any time; fees already incurred are not refunded unless the law requires it.

If a payment fails, we email the workspace's billing contacts and try the charge again. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, we pause the workspace: you can still sign in, read your data and pay, but publishing, connecting accounts and other changes are refused until the balance is paid. If it is still unpaid after 30 days, we may disconnect the accounts above the free tier and release the workspace's phone numbers.

You keep all rights to the content and data you send through Pozy. You give us the permission we need to process it to run the service for you.

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy and, for customer data we process on your behalf, our data processing agreement.

We work to keep Pozy available and post live checks on our status page, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; for breaking API changes we give notice on the changelog.

To the extent the law allows, Pozy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

You can stop using Pozy and close your workspace at any time. We may end these terms if you materially breach them. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We will post changes here and, if they are significant, tell workspace owners by email before they apply. If you keep using Pozy after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service, except where the law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim in the courts where they live.
