- Inbound messages with keywords or patterns, first messages only, referral links, story mentions, comments, reactions, lead forms and API calls.
- Steps
- Send a message, branch on a condition, wait for a reply, delay, split traffic A/B, set fields and tags, call a webhook, hand off to a person.
- AI steps with your key
- Add a step that calls the model you choose with your own key, and use its answer later in the flow.
- Sequences and broadcasts

What do I pay for workflows?
Every Pozy account includes it. You pay per connected account: the first 2 are free, then $6 each for accounts 3 to 10, $3 each for 11 to 100 and $1 each from 101, per month. On top of that: Outbound messages are free up to 10,000 a month, then $1 per 10,000. Every rate is on the pricing page.
