What you can do

- Trigger on one word or several, on a single post or on every post of an account.
- A DM with buttons
- Send text, a link button, quick replies or media. Add a public reply so the comment thread shows you answered.
- Sensible repeat rules
- Answer once per person, every time, or after a cooldown. Several automations never answer the same comment twice.
- Logs for every run
- See who triggered it, what was sent and what failed, from the dashboard or GET /v1/comment-automations/{id}/logs.
- Where it works

What do I pay for comment-to-DM?
Every Pozy account includes it. You pay per connected account: the first 2 are free, then $6 each for accounts 3 to 10, $3 each for 11 to 100 and $1 each from 101, per month. On top of that: Outbound messages are free up to 10,000 a month, then $1 per 10,000. Every rate is on the pricing page.
