See your best posts and how long they last

Rank your posts by engagement, compare formats, and see how fast a post collects its likes and comments after it goes out.

#Do it in the dashboard

  1. Open Analytics. Stay on Posting analytics and pick a date range.
  2. The Best post tile at the top shows your most engaging post in the period. Click it to open its numbers.
  3. Scroll to Top performing posts. Posts are ranked by engagement: likes, comments, shares and saves. Click one to see its numbers grow day by day.
  4. Check Content format. It compares the engagement rate of carousels, videos, images and text posts with your average. The best one gets a BEST badge.
  5. Check Engagement accumulation. This curve shows how a post's engagement builds up after publishing, as a share of its final total. It tells you how soon your posts reach 50% and 80% of it.

#How to use the curve

A steep start and then a flat line means your posts burn out fast. A slow climb means they keep earning for days.

  • Check results at the right time. If most engagement arrives in the first day, you do not need to wait a week to judge a post.
  • Boost while it climbs. A post that is still growing is a better pick to boost than one that has gone flat.
  • Repost after it flattens. Wait for the curve to go flat before you recycle a post.
  • Compare platforms. Pick one platform at a time at the top. Fast feeds and search-driven platforms often look very different.

#Good to know

  • Top posts and totals do not add up, and that is normal. Top posts are the posts published in the period, with all their numbers since. The totals at the top count engagement that arrived in the period, on any post.
  • If you published more than 500 posts in the period, the ranking covers the 500 most recent.
  • The curve needs a few published posts. Until then it says "Not enough published posts yet".
  • A single post's day by day timeline fills in after it has been live for a day.
  • Pozy gives you the numbers. You, or your AI, decide what to make next.
