Put your numbers next to your posting plan
Your AI reads your sales, search and traffic numbers before it plans your posts. Then it shows you the plan.
I found @acme on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Here is the plan:
- TikTok video, public, comments on
- Instagram reel, shared to feed
- YouTube Short, “Dark mode is here”
- Tue 3 Nov, 09:00 Europe/Madrid · comment-to-DM on “price”
Shall I schedule it?
Scheduled on 3 platforms. I will reply to price questions with a DM.
Each project holds three things, all on the Inputs page: the brief (what the project is), the inputs (your numbers) and the outputs (the accounts your AI can act on).
#Set it up in the dashboard
- Open Inputs and pick the project at the top.
- Write the brief.
- Connect at least one input: Stripe or Paddle, Search Console or Google Analytics.
- Check Outputs at the bottom: "The accounts your AI can act on for this project." To add one, choose Manage connections.
- Add Pozy to Claude, or to another AI.
#What your AI does when you ask
- It finds the project and reads the brief.
- It reads the project's numbers.
- It reads how your posts did and your best times to post.
- It shows you the plan.
- It posts or schedules when you say yes.
#Or ask your AI
Read the numbers for My SaaS. New customers were slow this month. Plan next week's posts around our top search pages, pick our best times, and show me the plan before you schedule anything.
You can also ask about a range of days, like "compare new customers this week with last week". Pozy keeps one snapshot of your numbers each day, starting the day you connect.
#What Pozy does, and what it does not
- Pozy gives your AI the numbers and the access. Your AI does the thinking. You make the call.
- Pozy never says which post made which sale. Your sales and your posts sit side by side. If sales went up in a week you posted more, that is a clue, not proof.
- Your AI cannot connect inputs, and it never sees your keys. You connect them in Pozy.
- Sales numbers are not live. Stripe, Paddle and Search Console sync once a day, at 05:00 UTC. Google Analytics is read live.
#Good to know
- Most AI apps ask before they act. For a second look, ask your AI to hold posts for approval. Approvals are opt-in, so say so in your request.
- When you add Pozy to your AI, you can allow read only. Then it can look at your numbers but not post. See Choose what your AI can do.
- One project per brand or client keeps each AI on the right numbers.
