Control what your AI can do

Choose if your AI can only read, or read and act. Hold posts for approval, and cut any AI off at any time.

I found @acme on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Here is the plan:

  • TikTok video, public, comments on
  • Instagram reel, shared to feed
  • YouTube Short, “Dark mode is here”
  • Tue 3 Nov, 09:00 Europe/Madrid · comment-to-DM on “price”

Shall I schedule it?

Yes, go ahead.

Scheduled on 3 platforms. I will reply to price questions with a DM.

#Read only, or read and act

When you add Pozy to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI, Pozy shows a screen called Allow access to Pozy? It lists what the AI asked for:

On the screen What it means
Read your workspace It can see accounts, projects, posts, analytics, the inbox, reviews and ads
Act on your connected accounts It can post and schedule, reply to messages, comments and reviews, and change ad campaigns

If the AI asks only to read, it gets read only. Every action it tries is refused. If you want an AI that can look but never touch, give it read only.

#Your role is the ceiling

An AI acts as you, with your role. A Viewer gets read only, even if the AI asked for more. A person limited to some projects gives their AI the same limits. See Invite your team and pick roles.

#Keep a check on posts

  • Most AI apps ask you before they post, reply or change an ad. Pozy also tells the AI to show you the content, the accounts and the time first.
  • That is a habit, not a lock. To be sure, ask the AI to send posts for approval. They then wait in Posts, under Approvals, until someone approves them. See Approvals.

#Cut an AI off

  1. Open Settings, then Connected apps.
  2. Find the AI. You see what it can do, when you allowed it and when it was last used.
  3. Choose Revoke, then Revoke access.

It stops working on its next request. To use it again, you add it and allow it again. Your accounts stay connected in Pozy.

#Or ask your AI

Before you do anything, tell me which Pozy workspace you are in and which projects and accounts you can see.

#What your AI never sees or changes

  • Passwords. You sign in to each platform on its own screen. Pozy never asks for platform passwords.
  • Keys and sign-ins. Stripe and Paddle keys, and the sign-ins behind your accounts, are never shown to it.
  • Your sales data. Stripe, Paddle and Search Console are connected read only, so it can read the numbers but not change them.

#Good to know

  • There is no single off switch for every AI at once. Revoke each one in Connected apps, or disconnect an account to stop all AIs using it.
  • Hiding a feature in Settings, then Features, only tidies the sidebar. The feature keeps working for your AI.
  • One workspace per sign-in. To use another workspace, revoke the AI and add it again, picking the other one.
  • Comment-to-DM, workflows, sequences, ad rules and queues run on their own once you turn them on. Turn those off in their own pages.
