Measure your inbox
See how many messages come in, how fast you reply, when people write, and which accounts get the most conversations.
#Do it in the dashboard
- Open Analytics, then Inbox.
- At the top, pick a date range, a platform, a project or one account. You can also pick a message source, like Comment to DM or Team replies.
- Read the top row: Received, Sent, Read, Conversations, Reply rate and Median first reply.
- Scroll for the charts:
- Messages over time and By platform show your volume.
- Response time shows how long people waited for a reply.
- When messages happen is a grid of days and hours. It names your busiest hour.
- Where messages come from shows who or what sent each message.
- At the bottom, Top accounts ranks your accounts by message volume. Conversations lists every conversation. Click one for its own breakdown.
#Where messages come from
| Source | Means |
|---|---|
| From contacts | Messages people sent you |
| Team replies | Sent by a person from the Pozy inbox |
| Sent in the app | Sent from the platform's own app |
| Automations, Comment to DM, Sequences, Broadcasts | Sent by one of your automations |
| API | Sent by a tool your developer built |
This tells you how much of your inbox your automations already handle.

#Good to know
- Response time is the gap between a message you received and the next reply in the same conversation. Messages nobody answered are left out. So check Reply rate too.
- Look at the median and the p90 together. The p90 is the wait that 9 out of 10 replies beat. A few slow weekends hide behind a good median.
- The busiest hours help you decide when someone should watch the inbox, and when a workflow should answer instead.
- When you filter by source, response times and Where messages come from still cover every source.
- An account you disconnected stays in Top accounts, so the totals still add up.
- The date range can be up to 365 days.
