See all your numbers in one place
Reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves and clicks for every connected account and every post, on one page.
Pozy reads the numbers from each platform for you. Posts you published outside Pozy count too.
#Do it in the dashboard
- Open Analytics. The first page is Posting analytics.
- At the top, pick a date range, a platform or a project. To split your posts, choose All posts, Made with Pozy or Published elsewhere.
- Read the top row: Engagement rate, Total reach, Followers, Posts this period and Best post. Each one is compared with the period before.
- Scroll for the charts: posts and likes per platform, Engagement over time, Follower evolution and the Platform breakdown table.
- Click any post. You see its numbers on each platform it went to, and a day by day Timeline.
- For numbers about a whole account, open Analytics, then Accounts, and pick the account. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Google Business have their own panels, like audience, followers and where views come from.
- Choose Export for a spreadsheet file: Posts with metrics, Daily totals or Platform breakdown.
#Two ways to count
The last filter at the top changes what a day means:
- By publish date: all of a post's likes sit on the day it went out. Use it to ask "how did this week's posts do?"
- By day engagement arrived: each like sits on the day it happened. Use it for account trends. It still moves in weeks when you post nothing.
Engagement rate is likes, comments, shares and saves divided by how many times your posts were shown.
#Or ask your AI
How did my Instagram and LinkedIn posts do in the last 30 days? Show me reach, likes, comments and clicks, and list my 5 best posts.
#Good to know
- Each platform shares different numbers. YouTube gives no reach, Threads has no impressions, and Google Business has no numbers per post. A number the platform does not share shows as zero.
- Numbers are not live. Likes and comments refresh about every hour. Instagram reach can take about a day. YouTube and Google Business run 2 to 3 days behind. Follower counts update once a day.
- Posts you made outside Pozy show up about every 90 minutes. To get one now, choose Add a post and paste its link.
- LinkedIn personal profiles only report posts you published through Pozy. Company pages report every post.
- Pozy shows the numbers. You, or your AI, decide what to do with them.
