Use Pozy from Zapier, Make or n8n
Connect Pozy to Zapier, Make or n8n. Post from a spreadsheet row or a new blog post, and start a flow when something happens in Pozy.
You build it with each tool's own blocks. You never write a program. You do copy a few settings, which the developer guide lists for you.
#What you can build
- New blog post to social. A new item in your blog feed becomes a LinkedIn post and a shorter X post.
- A calendar in a spreadsheet. Each new row in Google Sheets becomes a scheduled post.
- Leads to your CRM. A new lead from an ad form is added to your CRM.
- Failed post alerts. When a post fails, you get a message in Slack.
- Low review alerts. A new low-star review sends you an email.
#The two pieces
| Piece | What it does | What you use in the tool |
|---|---|---|
| Action | Your flow tells Pozy to do something, like create a post | Zapier: Webhooks by Zapier. Make: HTTP. n8n: HTTP Request |
| Trigger | Pozy tells your flow something happened, like a post failed | Zapier: Catch Raw Hook. Make: Custom webhook. n8n: Webhook |
#Do it in the dashboard
- Make a key for the tool. Open API keys under Developers and choose Create key. Name it after the tool, for example "Zapier". Pick Read only if the flow only reads numbers. Copy the key now: it is shown only once.
- For a trigger, copy the web address your tool gives you. In Pozy, open Webhooks under Developers and choose Add webhook. Paste the address and pick the events you want.
- Choose Send test event, so your tool sees a sample and you can map its fields.
- Follow the step-by-step guide for your tool: Zapier, Make or n8n.
No Developers section in your sidebar? Show it again in Settings, then Features.
#Or ask your AI
I want every new row in my "Content plan" Google Sheet to become a scheduled post in Pozy, using Make. Walk me through each module and setting, one step at a time.
Prefer to skip the tools? Your AI can do many of the same jobs when you ask in the chat. See Add Pozy to Claude.
#Good to know
- Treat the key like a password. One key per tool, so you can cut off one without breaking the others. Revoke a key in API keys.
- Build with drafts first. Save posts as drafts while you test, check them in Posts, then switch to publishing.
- Duplicates can happen. Tools retry failed steps, and Pozy can send the same event twice. The developer guides show how to stop a double post.
- Zapier: Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan. Make's HTTP and Webhooks apps work on every Make plan. n8n works on n8n Cloud and on your own server.
- Limit: 120 requests a minute. Long loops over many rows may need a short pause between steps.
- Posts made this way follow the same rules and prices as any post. See Plans, channels and usage.
