Contacts, tags and mentions

#Contacts

Everyone who writes to you becomes a contact. You see their messages, when they last wrote, and your notes.

1. Open Inbox, then Contacts.
2. Open a contact to add notes or Add a tag.
3. Add your own fields under Custom fields, like "Plan" or "City".
4. Create a contact yourself with New contact, or import a list.

#Mentions

Inbox, then Mentions, shows posts where people tagged or mentioned your account. See Mentions.

#Or ask your AI

Tag everyone who asked about the course this month, and give me the list.

#Good to know

• Contacts sync to HubSpot if you connect it.
• Tags are how you target Broadcasts and Sequences later.
