Profiles and account groups

A profile is a project: one brand, company or client, with its own accounts, numbers and brief.

An account group is a set of accounts you often post to together, like "Launch accounts".

#Make a profile

1. Open Connections, then Profiles, and choose New profile.
2. Give it your brand's name and save.
3. Connect accounts to it, or move an existing account with Move to another profile.

#Make an account group

1. Open Connections, then Account groups, and choose New account group.
2. Name it and pick the accounts.
3. Use the group when you create a post, to pick all its accounts at once.

#Good to know

• Profiles are free and unlimited on every plan. Connected accounts count toward your plan.
• Agencies: one profile per client keeps every client's accounts and numbers apart.
• You can share one profile with someone without giving them the rest. See Share one project with someone.
