Run a creator campaign
Pay creators for the views their posts really get. Set a rate per 1,000 views and a budget, then invite creators with a link.
Creators post on their own accounts. Pozy reads the views from the platform, so nobody reports their own numbers.
#Do it in the dashboard
- Open Creators and choose Create campaign.
- Basics: pick the Profile, then add the Campaign name, the Brand and the Platforms. Write your Content rules, for example "Show the product in the first 3 seconds".
- Payouts: under How creators earn, pick Per 1,000 views. Set the Rate per 1,000 views (USD), the Minimum views to earn, the Most a clip can earn (USD) and the Total budget (USD). Then pick How you pay creators.
- Rules: set the dates, how long each post is tracked (30 days by default) and how long approved earnings are held (10 days by default).
- Caps: limit Most creators, Posts per creator per day and Accounts per creator if you want. Set the Authenticity threshold (0 to 100).
- Review: choose Create and activate, or Save as draft.
Example: at $1 per 1,000 views, a post with 50,000 views earns $50.
#Invite creators
Open the campaign, then the Creators tab.
- Invite a creator: add a name and an email. They get a personal link that is theirs alone.
- Open invite link: one link you can post anywhere. Everyone who joins gets their own personal link.
Creators do not need a Pozy account. On their campaign page they connect their accounts read-only and submit links to their posts. Pozy can read their posts and views, and never posts for them.
#Ways to pay creators
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Through Pozy | You pay by card or from a balance. Turned on per workspace after a short review |
| On your own rails | Pozy works out what each creator is owed. You pay them your way |
| Track only | Pozy tracks posts and earnings. No payouts |
You can also pay a fixed amount Per approved post, or split a Shared pool by views when the campaign closes.
#Or ask your AI
Create a creator campaign for our app launch on TikTok and Instagram. Pay $1.50 per 1,000 views, only after 1,000 views, at most $300 per post, with a $3,000 budget. Keep it as a draft and give me the open invite link.
#Good to know
- Posts published before the campaign starts cannot earn.
- When the budget is used up, new views stop earning. Choose Raise budget at the top to keep paying.
- The way creators earn cannot change after you activate the campaign.
- Creators can open a link to a draft campaign, but they can join only once you choose Activate.
- Pause stops the campaign for now. Close ends it for good: a closed campaign cannot be reopened.
- On Pinterest only video pins have views. On Facebook, creators submit reels and videos from a Page.
- On X, views are impressions. Each tracked X post costs a small read fee from the campaign's X read budget (USD), $50 by default.
- Creators do not count toward your plan.
