Store collections, pages and menus

Run the rest of your store from Pozy: collections, content pages, menus and redirects, market prices, metaobjects and marketing activities.

Every change goes straight to your store. Connect it first: see Manage your online store.

Pages Yes Yes
Navigation, Markets, Metaobjects, Marketing Yes No
Catalog sync Yes Yes

#Do it in the dashboard

Open Commerce and pick your store at the top. Then open the page you need.

  1. Collections: choose Create collection, then add products. On Shopify, set Sort products to Manually to put products in your own order. Deleting a collection keeps the products in the store.
  2. Pages: for About us, Shipping and returns or an FAQ. Choose Add page, give it a Title, and write it in HTML. Check it in Preview. Tick Visible on the storefront when it is ready.
  3. Navigation: your header and footer menus. Choose Create menu, or Edit on one you have. Use Add item to link a Collection, a Page, a Web address and more. Items can sit inside other items. Under URL redirects, type Redirect from (like /sale) and To (like /collections/sale), then choose Add redirect.
  4. Markets: the countries you sell to. Under Price lists, choose Set prices, pick a product and type a Fixed price for each variant. It replaces the converted price in that market.
  5. Metaobjects: content your theme shows, like FAQ entries or size charts. Pick a definition, then choose Add entry.
  6. Marketing: tell Shopify about a campaign you run elsewhere, like a post, an ad or a newsletter. Choose Record an activity, add a title, the link and its UTM tags, then Save activity. Later, use Report daily engagement to add views, clicks and spend for each day.
  7. Catalog sync: choose Sync to a catalog, pick your Meta Ads account and Catalog, then Start syncing. More in Product catalogs and the ad library.

#Or ask your AI

On my Shopify store, add a redirect from /summer to /collections/summer-sale. Then add the Summer sale collection to the main menu. Show me the changes before you save them.

#Good to know

  • Some things start in your store admin. Markets and metaobject definitions are created there. Then you set prices and add entries here.
  • Redirects work right away. If you delete a page, links to it break. Add a redirect to send people to a new page.
  • Removing a fixed price puts that variant back on the market's converted price.
  • A menu's handle is how your theme finds it. Change it only if you know your theme.
  • Marketing activities show in Shopify's own Marketing section. The short list on this page is only saved in your browser.
  • Catalog sync sends every active product. Prices and stock update within minutes, and a full run happens once a day. Run now runs it at once. Stop sync leaves products already in the catalog.
  • If a page says your store has not allowed Pozy to do something, choose Grant permission and approve the extra access in Shopify.
