Find your best time to post
See which days and hours your own posts got the most engagement, and how many posts a week worked best on each platform.
It uses your own history, not an average from other accounts. So it gets better the more you post.
#Do it in the dashboard
- Open Analytics. On Posting analytics, find the Best time to post chart.
- Each cell is one day and one hour of the week. It shows the average engagement of the posts that went out then. Times are in your own time zone.
- Pick one platform at the top. Audiences differ, so one platform at a time gives a clearer answer.
- Look at Posting frequency vs engagement next to it. For each platform it marks the number of posts a week that worked best as Optimal.
- Use what you find. Schedule posts into your best hours, or set them as the times of a queue.
New account? On Instagram, open Analytics, then Accounts, and pick the account. When followers are online shows when your followers use the app. It works before you have a posting history, once the account has at least 100 followers.
#Or ask your AI
When do my Instagram posts get the most engagement? Give me the times in my time zone. Then plan next week's 3 posts into the best slots and show me before scheduling.
#Good to know
- Small samples mislead. One viral post can make an hour look great. The chart prefers hours with at least 3 posts when it has enough of them. Treat an hour backed by 1 or 2 posts as a guess, not a rule.
- An empty hour is not a bad hour. You just have no posts there yet.
- Engagement here means likes, comments, shares and saves.
- Posting frequency needs a few weeks of posting. It only picks a winner from cadences you kept for at least 2 weeks, when you have some.
- You can include only posts Made with Pozy or only posts Published elsewhere with the filter at the top.
- Your AI gets the hours in UTC (world time). Ask it to use your time zone.
