Read your store orders
See your Shopify and WooCommerce orders in one list, with items, taxes, refunds and where the buyer came from. Orders are read only.
#Do it in the dashboard
- Open Commerce, then Orders, and pick your store.
- Pick a Date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, All time or Custom dates.
- Filter by Payment or Fulfillment if you want, for example to see only orders still to ship.
- Check the cards at the top:
- Orders shown
- Net sales: after refunds, without cancelled orders
- Average order
- To fulfill
- Open an order. You see the items, taxes, discounts, the customer, shipping and tracking, and Where the sale came from.
#Where the sale came from
This part of an order shows the buyer's visit before the sale: the source, the landing page, the referrer and the UTM tags.
- Shopify fills it in a little while after the order. If it is empty, open the order again later.
- WooCommerce needs version 8.5 or later with Order Attribution turned on. It shows the last visit only.
It is only as good as your links. Put UTM tags on every link you post, so you can group sales by post or campaign.
It shows where a buyer came from. It does not prove that one post caused the sale.
#Or ask your AI
How many orders did my Shopify store get last week, and what was the average order? Group them by utm_source so I can see where buyers came from.
#Good to know
- Pozy cannot create, change or refund orders. Do that in your store.
- On Shopify, order access is an extra permission. If Pozy asks, choose Grant permission and approve it in Shopify. Without full order access, Shopify shows only the last 60 days.
- Shopify sometimes hides buyer names and addresses. The rest of the order still shows.
- WooCommerce needs no extra permission.
- The cards at the top count the orders on the page you are looking at. If there is more than one page, the card says On this page.
- For revenue from Stripe or Paddle, see Connect Stripe and Paddle.
