Manage your online store

Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Then change products, stock, collections and discounts from Pozy or from your AI.

Every change goes straight to your store. Pozy keeps no copy of your store data.

#Connect your store

  1. Open Connections, then Accounts, and choose New connection.
  2. Pick the platform:
    • Shopify: type your Store domain (like your-store.myshopify.com) and choose Continue to Shopify. Approve the install in Shopify.
    • WooCommerce: connect the WordPress site it runs on, under Self-hosted. One connection serves both the blog and the store.

More on connecting in Connect your social accounts.

#Do it in the dashboard

Open Commerce and pick your store at the top.

  1. Products: choose Add product. Add a title, price, images and options like Size or Color. Choose Create product. It starts as a draft unless you set it to active.
  2. To change many products at once, tick them. Then choose Set active, Set to draft, Archive, Add tags or Remove tags.
  3. Collections: group products for your storefront. On WooCommerce these are product categories.
  4. Discounts: choose Create discount. Pick a code that shoppers type at checkout, or an automatic discount. Then pick Percentage off, Fixed amount off or Free shipping.
  5. Inventory: choose a product. Use Set to after a stock count. Use Adjust by when a delivery arrives.

#Or ask your AI

Create a 15% discount code FALL15 on my Shopify store that ends Sunday night. Then write an Instagram post announcing it, with the photo of our best seller. Show me the post before it goes out.

#Good to know

  • If a page says your store has not allowed Pozy to do something, choose Grant permission. You approve the extra access in Shopify. Nothing else changes in the store.
  • Images are added by link. The link must be public, because the store downloads the picture. A product takes up to 20 images, 3 options and 100 variants.
  • Delete removes a product for good. Choose Archive if you might need it again.
  • WooCommerce discounts are coupons. They always need a code. They cannot start in the future or require a minimum number of items.
  • Some pages are Shopify only: Markets (fixed prices per country), Navigation (menus and redirects), Metaobjects and Marketing.
  • Catalog sync keeps a Meta product catalog in step with your store, for catalog ads. See Catalogs and the ad library.
  • A store counts as one channel on your plan. See Plans and usage.
